Because Angie won't be able to ski until late March/early April I've been looking at what options are available to us and Verbier looks like a definate possibility. Any of you ever tried it?

for me Verbier is one of the 4 must go and try and keep on trying year on year.Mecca for boarderX and freeride .competitions one after the other.Dec is the RIDE week.End of march Freeride finals from the very top at 3200 and more in April.
the resort is a bit difficult if the weather closes in because all above the tree line more or less but there is area from Verbier down to with a bit of bussing which is OK when very foggy.
One of the nicest off piste regions in the Alps.

my favorite is: take the gondola up from Verbier the other one as well, ski little down and up to chosurre place -or something like shoesound and then traverse massively accross til you reach the bowl heaven .quite tiring but very demanding.
Verbier is Snow sure top place.
