Anyone Heard Of Classic Collection Holidays Before?
Angie was tele marketed by them a few weeks ago. Today we got a call inviting us to a semina on 1st Feb.
It's not time share nor do they (apparently) want you to buy anything.(other than £45 - read on)
After the semina which is just over an hour we have the option to take a 1 week holiday in a 5* hotel in Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Cyprus, Egypt, Portugal or one of a few other destinations. Cost is £45 each and is valid for 2 years. If we choose skiing it come with free lift passes too ...

Their reason - they reckon its cheaper to promote their holidays this way rather than national advertising and they are convinced you will enjoy the holiday so much that you will book another with them in the future at full price.
There is no obligation to book another holiday when you return.
I questioned the girl for about 30 minutes and could not catch her out once.
I have also checked them out on Google and everything I've read is positive.
Just wondered if any of you well travelled souls had any experience of them?
We intend going to the semina - but I'm leaving all my money and cards at home - just in case

Not heard of them PP. I too have nosed on Google and they do seem solid and reputable BUT I am afraid I still think of the saying "if it seems too good to be true then it probably is". £45 for a 5* hol on the hope you will return does seem too good to be true but then again, in these days of credit crunch perhaps it is their new marketing ploy. I will be very interested to hear the outcome. If it is a hol for £45 I would suggest take it sooner rather than later in case they go under! ...
