Anyone been to Boro with Crystal Holidays?

What are they like compared to Balkan Holidays?
Silly question as i guess they are much of the same, but i got my tickets today so the excitement has started and i just wanna talk about it. Razz

We went last year with Crystal and have booked again with crystal for this Feb and so far have had no issues with them.

We're staying that the Samakov this year and would like to know if anyone else reads this where we will collect our ski's from? Will it be the place at the back of the Gondola station or will it be the Samakov?
