Anyone booked with Crystal?

Just wondering who you've booked your holiday thru? We used Neilson last time and had a great time, got a better deal with Crystal this year.

Any good/bad experiences with any operators?

Yep I've booked with Crystal.
First time so will report after hol in Feb.
Just one thing tho, if you pay your balance online watch out for a sneaky flight supplement sneaking on that wasn't there when you first booked and paid deposit.
They were very good and removed it when I phoned them.

Hi we used Crystal last year to Pamporovo, We had a great time. We have booked again this time going to Borovets. We booked online and it showed the flight supplements when we choose the flights. When you all going we are of on the 26th Jan
