Anyone going to Borovets 18-25th Feb

I am going to Borovets for the first time (1st time in Bulgaria too!) on 18th to 25th Feb with my wife and kids (17,16 & 11). We are staying in the Samokov.

Is equipment cheaper to buy in Boro or should we buy before we go (helmets, etc)

If you are going out at the same time we would love to meet up with you.

as for the equipment: if you want real quality then buy before as stuff in the stores can be fake.But if you don't mind fake, have a look around.
Enjoy Bulgaria, go with on open mind and you gonna love it!

we're off to bulgaria on those dates.second time out there.we went last year to boro and it was top so we're out there again stayin in rila.there's a group of us from burnley and accy goin.you'll love it.have a good do, see you on the slopes Wink

we're going with Nielson, from Gatwick. Went last year with thomson and stayed at the Eidleweiss, basic hotel but did the job!! C you all out there, will be in Francos most nights and in the little restaurant to the left of the main slopes when i'm not skiing!!

Flying out on 18th Feb from M/cr.
Party of 16 - nearly all first time skiers.
Staying at Rila Hotel.
4 families - adults 40 something.
Kids aged 9,10,12,13,14,16,16&18
Look out for us on the first day - we'll all be in a big heap !!
