Maybe it is just me but....shouldnt you check the info before you book the hotel????

Passed it today, and was speaking to some of the workers.

They hope to have the roof finished by mid February, with the 1st holiday makers due to be housed there on Monday March 1st. The swimming Pool & spa wont be finished untill the summer tho.

It sure looks like it going to be a nice place.....when its finished.

Hi Nick, We stayed there a couple of weeks ago and it's very nice and very close to the gondola. You'll enjoy it.

Stayed 2 weeks ago also, very nice hotel, the best bit was the free bus goes up to Bunderishka Polyana (gondola top station) so no queues. Learn some greek if you can as most of the guests appeared to be greek.
Staff were friendly and helpfull, I would definatley go back, might help finish the roof Charlie!!
