Do you want to know about the hotel or not????
There are plenty of recent posts on this site, and those who have taken trouble to put their views on review sites if you look for them. Just because they're mostly bad, and that's not what you want to hear, don't call them the "winge brigade". We tell it how we found it.
Secondly, don't get cross about people "not answering your question about the hotel" properly. It seems that ...

Secondly, don't get cross about people "not answering your question about the hotel" properly. It seems that because all the recent reviews are negative, you don't wanna know!! You can have it sugar coated or the truth as people found it.
So for your information:-
At Christmas/New Year, the hotel looked great from outside all lit up.
Yes the foyer was well presented and clean, again the decoration were lovely.
The toilets were ok.
The service and rooms (even by Bulgarian standards I'm sure) were not up to scratch. When the appliances in them are not working or missing (and I mean everything from hairdryers to entire baconys!!!!), then it is not good enough.
Unfortunatley, you're not gonna get many glowing RECENT reports for this hotel, no matter how stressed you get! It's just not gonna happen Mate!

Thanks for your response, I have taken my medicine from the board like a man ( no handbag for me) and a chill pill so I'm not stressed anymore.
Apologies if I upset anybody.
Guess its a bit like searching in vain for a snow forecast that tells us its going to snow because we don't like the one that says its going to be 20 degrees at the weekend.
Still a bit anxious but if it's that bad then its only a place to sleep, if it's better than expected then that will be a ...
