Anyone know why 'Sitnyakovo' and Yastrebetz' express lifts not open ?

Maybe someone who has just come back or is there could answer......

the sitnyakovo lifts was only closed to day i don't know why. but the yastarbetz lift hasn't been open all week. but you could just use the gondola

I'm concerned that once you go up the mountain on the gondola, theres quite a way to go to get back to the gondola to go back up (having skied down). Figured if the yastrebetz express was open, would circumvent this.
