Apartment Insurance

Anyone got any good deals or good contacts on Apartment insurance??

We have a place in spain and are with a company called intasure, was recommended by a few people on this site. Very resonable and a good level of cover.

We have a contract with BULSTRAT, the BG insurance company. Annual fee for a 80 sqm apartment and a garage (70 T€) is 180 Levs.

Hi,

You have to take into consideration:

Snowpressure, earthquake (say never never), flood, fire, storms ... .
So I guess 70 to 90 T€ will be ok.

I just insured with intasure and they cost me half what I paid last year and more cover on the buildings insurance
