Apartment required 4 approx 3 months

Hi Guys,

As the completion of my apartment has been delayed 3 months it won't be ready for an English couple working in Bansko for the winter. Has anyone got an apartment they would like to rent out to them for approx £80-£100 pw & bills?

This would probably cover all your maintenance, insurance etc for the year.

Just out of interest, why has it been delayed, is it anything to do with the connection of services?

Hi Daniel,

No, I think it was because they started late, thought that they could catch up but in the end couldn't. I think we won't have to worry about services etc as we are in a pretty good location (very large gated complex) exactly 1 mile from current gondola, but 300mtrs from proposed 2nd gondola, and great location for the town/park/jazz fesival etc.

Hi Bikergirl,

we have a 1 bed app right next to the gondola in the Fortuna building and would possibly be intrested for the long term rental.
