Mum and Dad were born exactly 10 weeks apart and they died exactly 10 weeks apart. In life, Mum did everything for Dad, preparing everything for him and making sure everything was in order and all ok. She must have gone on 10 weeks ahead of Dad to make sure the way was smoothed for him to.
Genuinly sorry to hear of your loss Judith, life has a weird way of dealing itself out.
Don`t seem fair sometimes, at least you can be comforted by the thought that your mum and dad are together now, in a better place,,,,
I think everyone on the board would appreciate your situation, no appologies needed, i`ll lift a pint to your dad tonight
I truly believe our life is mapped out for us long before we know it and that destiny has a hand in our fate. Your parents lives have been full of much shared joy I'm sure and many coincidences by the sounds.
As you say your Mum went to "prepare Thy Father's House" and may they both now be in Peace for evermore.
In the meantime you must remember the good and happy times you all shared as a family.
