Apologies for my absence last week

I was not at work due to the loss of her father. He has gone to join Mum up there in Heaven.

We were certainly expecting Dad to join Mum very soon after she left us, but whether it was quite this quick, I'm not sure. He had 5 major diseases including two types of cancers so it was a relief and he wasn't in pain.

Mum and Dad were born exactly 10 weeks apart and they died exactly 10 weeks apart. In life, Mum did everything for Dad, preparing everything for him and making sure ...

Genuinly sorry to hear of your loss Judith, life has a weird way of dealing itself out.
Don`t seem fair sometimes, at least you can be comforted by the thought that your mum and dad are together now, in a better place,,,,

I think everyone on the board would appreciate your situation, no appologies needed, i`ll lift a pint to your dad tonight Booze

Best regards...

My Dear Judith

I had not appreciated your Dad was also so ill.

I truly believe our life is mapped out for us long before we know it and that destiny has a hand in our fate. Your parents lives have been full of much shared joy I'm sure and many coincidences by the sounds.

As you say your Mum went to "prepare Thy Father's House" and may they both now be in Peace for evermore.

In the meantime you must remember the good and happy times you all shared as a family.
