Apologies for my absence recently

Been soooo busy at work - had a visit from the European Broadcasting Union followed two weeks later by a Journalism Training Conference which I boss asked me to organise - didn't dare tell him I've never organised a conference before.

All went well and now it will be a bit less manic - I hope
