Appartments

Anyone bought or thinking of buying at Pirin golf and country? I have bought here and just wondered if anyone else has, and if they had any comments about their purchase.

Also have you decided on buying one of their furniture deals or are you buying a package elsewhere? A bit stuck on what is the best way to go about it?

Hi, yes I have bought in Pirin III. Not had any information on furniture deals yet. Would probably just take their package though. Wondering what to do about paying for it now with the Euro and Pound rate being so bad. Not sure whether to take a bulgarian mortgage? With Euro at todays rate it will cost about an extra £6,000 on the final payment!!

Have you been out to see it lately? I have not been out since Oct 06.

try to finance it with other means like friends and family.mortgaging now is a bit reach.Or even better try to sell if you can before the prices start falling further.
