Other years do 6 months gym membership and concentrate on legs, this year, now working full time................no chance!!
Even bought a jogging machine (been on it twice in the last 3 months)
Last night did a few sets of lunges and squats, decided I will try and do these 2 or 3 times a day in the next week, but I'm thinking this might all be a tad too late!!
Hilly yea we all have best intentions it far too late. Hate the gym never doing that again membership money goes down the drain after a few weeks good intentions, would be better off saving it for sPending monie for boro. Must admit to doing a bit of exercise the past two weeks but I'm liking Paul's suggestion beer and ibobrufen
