Aspen Suites

Does anyone know how the Aspen developments are going ? especially Aspen Suites as I have purchased a 1 bed loft apartment there which should be finished in next few weeks (nearly 2 yrs over shedule !!)

We just put a deposit with MRI in Aspen Suites and its ready to move in.
Out of curiosity how much did you pay and do you have any idea what the prices are now?

had bought in silver mountain but last week told it was being shut down as far as completion is concerned. have been offered new contract in aspen suites. not sure what to do. have been on web all weekend and it does not sound very good. lots of bad reports. need to speak to someone who has had a good experience.

Sorry to hear about that we couldn't find anything positive about. So we cancelled our contract.

Did you get a full refund if so at what stage were you at with the purchase. how did you go about getting your money back.

Hi Robbo,
I received e mails recently with regards to maintenance contracts/ deposit etc. I had previouslt paid a fee for marketing/ maintenance and refundable deposit approx. €1300.
Do you know about these contracts and more are MRI/DCC seeking tenants to rent out to for this coming season.

have you any up to date news since you posted the e mail.at the minute I am getting e mails as to maintenance contracts FMG (two year / one gone ?) and Marketing contracts for rentals Solutions Overseas.
1) contracts are very binding on the clients side while being open to change on their obligations
2) Is FMG a given or is their an alternative.
3) Is there a way of getting in contact with more Aspen Suites owners?

Hi Mike I havent had much contact with MRI, had phone call off company last week bout renting prop in link with MRI but forgot their name ! same old though we had been told prev bout guaranteed 10% etc. We are looking to just rent it independently to save costs and hassle. We are yet to fully complete as have had prob getting mortgage so still waiting ! its only been 3 yrs since initial payment !!!!
