Attire for massage

Hi all
off to Pamps next week and the wife wants us to book in for a massage 1st couple of days. My worry is whats the dress code swimming trunks or do they place a towel over your wee bits.

At Pamporovo Hotel, they ask you to strip down and put on a beautiful pair of paper underpants. Incredible massage, make sure you get one of the Thai ladies.
