All of which are complete nonsense, the whole of my group agreed that Borovets was the best time you could have skiing, taking into account the perfect balance of runs, weather, snow, night life, location, hotel (Rila), friendly locals and value for money.
Still, im more than happy to answer any questions any y'all might have, as i have one for you...
im planning to go to St. Anton in Austria in Jan and was just wondering if anyone out there has been before? it looks nice and again balances great variety of runs with lively night-life.
Any comments (good or bad) about St. Anton would be most appreciated.
Lastly, great to be bk on the notice board, and well chuffed to see the smilies still in action!!!
Weclome back Boydy. The one thing you will notice with Austria is the price of everything. Make sure you have loadsa cash. Dont think you will be paying £1 a bottle of beer there!
