BA Staff lightening stikes

A friend works for B.A and has just phoned me to ask me if I had been on holiday yet.
He says there is talk of lightening strikes this weekend to disrupt the Company ahead of next weeks mid week strike.
I hope he is wrong. Crying

Is this just BA staff and will it affect all airport flights as we are due to fly out of east midlands on the 3 rd.

Should just be BA I should think. Although I am not sure if the refueling and baggage are run by them.
How gutted would you be if you were due to fly next Tuesday for a weeks skiing, 3 days lost. G-U-T-T-E-D Crying

i work for b.a. im in cardiff though. havent heard that??? i shouldnt imagine it will affect other operators, only b.a. its all over the pensions deficite problem, in short ba are neck deep in shit!!!

as for the baggage, you be fine, ba have their own baggage handlers, all other operators use the airports own, dont worry!!!

dont ever use BA for flights and Sea France for ferry cos prone to strikes all the time and very unreliable(lost liggages,strikes,no wearing crosses,expensive car parks,mess at their airports,useless staff.
