BA ski carriage

Hi Folks, just booked 3x flights with BA out of Thiefrow/Sofia in March, £150 each + ski carriage £30 EACH WAY??!!Has anyone booked similar or can confirm/clarify before I spit my dummy?

We booked with BA Heathrow to Sofia return. We each get the following baggage:
1 x 23kg checked bag
1 x 23kg hand baggage (but must be able to lift above head and put in overhead lockers)
1 x additional hand baggage laptop or handbag sized
In addition any of our checked bags can be skis or snowboard bags, providing they are under 23kg. We're putting all of the snowboard gear into one bag which takes up 1 checked bag and then spread our stuff amongst the other bags.

I think we paid roughly £450 - £500 return for 2 adults and 1 child which includes everything.

BA prices def dearer this year, weve had to switch to squeezy jet. Anyway, with BA you are allowed on hold bag each, this can be a ski/board bag, which is easier if youre a family of group. still restricted to 23kg, hope that helpsps squeezy was only £25 each way for a ski bag!!

Flybe Newquay-Gatwick £30 e/w 20kg max ??????? and to top the lot only on a first come basis they'r madder than me
