Came back on Sat from Boro, stayed at the Rila.
Food edible most of the time we ate in which was only twice!
Skiing very good fantastic ski instructor. nursery slopes and some of the other slopes became very icy at end of week, so beware.
we tried a few restaraunts, good ones were white horse, bottom of slopes, marma cetas. katys steak house. these were all vey good . i liked white horse the best because of the friendy atmostphere, the staff here were much better then at the others and ...

3 out of our party had to buy flip flops for the pool they were noy alllowed in without them. an hour later 2 other members of our party went to the pool and did not have to wear or were made to purchase flip flops.
beware at gondola station at top toilet not always working and you need 1 lev to use it . runs are much better at the top here though well worth the queue! Only 1 heated cafe up here called the white house , it is the 1st one at bottom. good if you have people who are not sking with you.
any questions i will try and answer them for you . i was a first time skier and the fist time to Bulgaria.

hey wendy,i'm also frist time skier going out with other half on sat to boro
staying at hotel samokov.
any advice for me im booked on beginners course getting nervous now but really looking forward to it more...............?
