Hi BoardSure I speak for everyone in Bansko last week when I say what a wonderful time we all had at Bansko and such great snow and I mean GREAT snow, snowed none-stop for nearly 2 days.
Glad to meet so many GREAT people in Bansko, skiiers and locals and so many that have heard of this GREAT message board.
Full report to come soon, but just in case you have not realised myself and my girlfriend had a GREAT TIME in Bansko

Glad to see you made it back in one piece. Really looking forward to your report. Thread from Karen "Just got back from Bansko" last week got me a bit worried regarding the new skiers. She had a great time and enjoyed Bansko, but said there were not many slopes for beginners.Liam

Bansko is not the place for total beginners, has my girlfriend and I found out to our cost, but still loved the place.
Loved Bulgaria, the people, the food and the conditions and will be returning next year, most certainly to try Pamporovo.
As I have said more will be revealed in a full report, just seen the Karen report, must admit loved the food in the old town of Bansko, but found the food in Hotel Bansko, which was fantastic luke warm (at best!) but tasty and satisfying ...

Went to Bansko last year twice ..it was fantastic ...but i do suspect it will get a lot busier.....

Find it hard to believe that you thought the food in the Bansko was "fantastic"????Been to travel agent today to book a holiday next year and even they admitted they have had lots of comolaints about the food in the Bansko hotel.
We arrived home 2 weeks ago and we along with most of the other guests had to eat out virtually every night,it was that bad
