BANSKO Ski Packages

Evening Everyone, there is a group of us heading to Bansko on 28th Feb for a week. I'm after some advice on whether we should pre book our lift passes and equipment? I've read alot of conflicting things. We are after full ski packages, (equipment, pass, 2hr daily tuition). Any advice on the cheapest places? Also some include Ski Evening, anyone know what this is? One last thing do you have to turn up to the lessons everyday if you don't want too?

Lessons are a set am or pm time , ski evening is usually the ski down under flood lights from top gondola station down to the base gondola sation approx 8km wicked fun , if your legs can cope after along hard day ridin / skiing
