Not sure about the present conditon of the road but even if it were perfect you would struggle to keep a constant glide on a board. And when we were there 5 weeks ago there were two streams across the road unbridged. Likewise the board park didn't exist and the halfpipe was 1/3 complete. Neither seemed high on the list of priorities but may now be in place.
Unless it's an overiding compulsion, leave the road to the skiers. Looks like a lot of hard work on a board mate.
All the best ...

Got back from Bansko yesterday-had an awesome time!Im not a boader but I do know that the fun park isnt open yet, dunno when its gonna be either?
But the ski road was open the whole time we were there and there were lots of boaders using it. It is a bit flat in parts though, so I guess it would be hard work on a board!
Just got back from bansko, dont worry bout the ski road back if your a decent boarder and can confidently go down without edging too much you'll be fine all the way. No sign of any fun park but weve left a few kickers dotted about the mountain!!
