Our house is in the village of dospei, ten minutes from Borovets. i intend to get some boarding in this winter as i only had a couple of days last season, so, yes - will hopefully see you up at the Alpina. It's the only place i would go in Borovets anyway, so i'm sure we'll bump into each other at some point and like i said to Paul, above, if you are in, ask Aimee or Arie if i am in and we'll have a beer and a chinwag ! I just went outside to take a pic of the snow, it's GORGEOUS but very very very cold. Temp is -7 but not sure what the wind chill is - it's a quick in and out to get the wood, lol.

guys and girls im after some guidance. 2 of us are looking to come to bulgaria skiing on the 10th Jan.
Ive found some good deals i bansko and Pamporovo.
where is best to go. i want a good night life and snow and tidy places to eat. i can ski (well i could 8 years ago) and my friend is a beginner. the hotels i have found are Hotel Bansko and hotel Belmont in pamporovo.
any pointers or advice will be gratefullt appreciated. hope you can help. i need to book asap as my mind needs to ...

hi guys!theres a group of about 15 of us girls heading out on the 10th jan...i think its to bansko but now i think that borovets nearly sounds better...are they far apart?..wats the nite life like in bansko? is it still cheap 4 food and drink there?

First time snowboarding ...... well ..... you'll love it, its addictive. Tell you what though, buy yourself a butt protector before you come cos i tell you, you will spend so much time on your backside you'll need a bit of cushioning !!!

Cheers Steff. Yeh will look for you in the Alpina. I'll be the one with a tightly packed duvet attached to my backside!Re. being addictive I can wel believe it. I've never looked forward to something so much in my life & am already thinking about when I'll be able to do it again!!

Hiya - there is 6 adults and a infant coming in our group only 4 adults are skiing, and 2 of them want to board - is it worth sorting the boarding out when we're there?We are also going on the 10th Jan

what ages are you guys in the group then?just guaging groups to see if people want to meet up for a few bevvys whilst me and my friend are out there. (if youv'e been before we would welcome some knowledge of where to go for cheapish food and beers etc and maybe tag along) im not too sad honest LOL going on the 10th to snezhanka hotel wit Balkan hols
