Morning Guys,

Not much change apart from a slight deterioration - the saving grace is the fact that temps are still remaining cold, so the cannons are still managing to get on at night.

The slopes are in general very icy - this is mainly due to the fact that it is getting very warm in the afternoons and then getting into the minus 10 / 12 at night, which means it gets slushy in the afternoon and then ices up very quickly. So, the best conditions tend to be around lunch, when the ice has melted away a bit.

Apart from the ice - Marky 1 is still in very good condition and will last a bit longer.

As previously advised, they have stopped the Marky 2, 4-man chair. This is predominantly due to the fact that the path from Marky 1 to Marky 2 is so poor that it's not possible to ski it.

Rila slopes are currently very icy, but hopefully this should wear off by later and be a bit better. There are also some rocks & bare patches, so you should take care.

Yastrebets - as per Rila slopes, they are a bit icy at the moment, but should get better as the day goes on. 2 and 3 are open and 3 especially is in the best condition.

Once again, not great reading BUT it is still skiable...

Watched the lock in crew going down Vastrebetz on tuesday counted about 25. (didn't see you wave though.

Hope the White house is still doing well dispite the snow quality.

My mate is coming out on the 26th, so told him to get dancing!! all will be well. Also told him to come and say hello, are you quite sure that you don't need any more freezer bags?? cos, I can get dbut to reserve a pallet full!!

I can confirm that we will be out next year, and I will be sure to do the lock in (I want to be in the hall of fame) Say hello to Bobbo for us (fantastic lad).

Yep - there was 25 of us - sorry, forgot to wave!! We were trying to avoid the rocks and ice!! Wasn't as good as last week, but that was nothing to do with the company, simply the snow wasn't as good. We have been asked to do another on Friday, but we can't - the snow is just not good enough and Bobby doesn't want to risk people getting hurt on the rocks etc. Hopefully there will eventually be some new snow and we will be able to have another go!!

Marky 1 is still ok, but the snow is dramatically going, so without any cannons up top, it may be time to shut the restaurant again....hopefully not, but we'll have to see!

Really glad you guys have got the 'Boro Bug' and will be coming back again. Will you come on your own again, or will your daughter and the boys come with you next time? Would be nice if you could all come for the same week!

We will have Bobbo tomorrow for the weekend - I will pick him up from school and we'll spend the weekend skiing and building lego!! The money from everyone is in his piggy bank and he's saving for his next bit of Atlantis lego...!!

Am in boro at the moment . Out on the yastrabets slopes all day and thoroughly enjoyed the slopes. A bit icy / hard packed snow in places but great fun. The rila slopes were icy at the top but better below the green run that runs across them. Plenty of skiing to be had. Borovets never disappoints though, and the local atmosphere and really friendly people make it a great place.

Hopefully some snow will arrive soon to keep the slopes open for everyone else that's coming out here. Sadly we go home on Saturday, but this week has been bloody brilliant!
