Looking at the boro webcam cannot see anything......that snow,fog or rain???

it is snow and heavy snow. can't be rain it's below freezing and it may be a little fog but it is also snow

How can you tell whether its snow or fog? I hope its snow as I'll be there tomorrow, but all the other times I've been this year its been fog....
