Hi there, anybody got any good news for Borovets for 30th Jan.....I have heard that the very top gondola is open today for just two runs......does anyone know if this is true!Regards

Even by 20th of december there will be about 40cm snowfall.Check the weather:

even if the runs at the top of the gondola are open,it will take you forever and a day to get up there and when you are there you will q 4ever for lifts and be packed on the piste like sardinesre: BOROVETS 30th Dec
You really do paint a glum picture without any sustanance to your point whatsoever.
Those that have visited Bulgaria on a number of occasions will know that often they have travelled with the forecasts and snow reports saying that the snow cover is poor, only to arrive and find perfect conditions.
Snow reports this year, like most other years are dreadfully inacurate and to try and predict the conditions for more than a few days is just impossible.
Any fortune tellers on here are ...

48 hours of snow and all wil be open. Even this week we have had professional forecasters saying 14 cms of snow, only to see it removed from their forecast the very next day. Wait and see, nothing will change nature but bleating on about what might or might not happen serve as no use to anybody.
