BOROVETS UPDATE

Went to borovets today,

here is my update

Rila side has hardly any snow and all runs closed. the popangelov run has good snow coverage a little icy in places but the cannons were on all day and on the yastrabets 2 run. The runs at the top have good snow coverage but only the blue run was open, not too sure why as the others looked pretty good to me. It started snowing when I left and the coverage now looks ok.

Off to Pamporovo tomorrow..........

looks like the investment in a lot more snow canons is going to pay off , cold temps for a few days should see a lot more runs open ...... already looking much better than last season .

We have quite a lot of snow down here in Samokov. The snow ploughs have been round and I had to get the snow shovel out to clear the steps, path, and in front of the garage.
Going to Borovets now to see if more runs are open. It looks good on the web cams.
