BOROVETS

is it a nice place to go in summer or is it not?

what is there to do.

or should i just forget the hole idea and go to the maldives

haha maldives everytime but ma cuzins went to sunny beach in bulgaria and they loved it soooooooooo much they bought 2 apartments haha

Its beautiful in the summer.Walks are amazing you can still use the gondola.Rila monastry well worth a visit.

i'm being serious about the malidives. so isn't borovets any good in summer

Given the choice mate I would go the maldives. Watersports etc alone make it worth going. Sunny beach is supposed to be good, and a lot of the ski instructors work down there over the summer months, so you might see a friendly face

This is Heather I reckon its great but why not do Borovets & sunnyBeach & get the best of both worlds.My son is working in Boro @ the mo but hoping to work in SunnyBeach during summer season.I bet Maldives is boring just sand & sea & I bet a lot more expensive

sunny beach -less boring than Maldives?Sunny beach is like Benidorm with high rise hotels and cramped beaches with people like sardines ,head eighter south to places south of Sozopol for peace and quite of for more outside space -Albena-simply skip Sunny Beach.
Mountain places in BG Borovets for scenery walks around glacier lakes,fast flowing rivers,history tours, close to massive lake(watersports) and the capital.mineral spas around within 20 min drive in all direction.

Go to Maldives !

but best time to go there is our autumn / winter, go all inclusive and you'll never feel more relaxed anywhere.

But don't go with Monarch airways or you'll hate it - go with emirates, the inside of the plane looks like a curry house but they look after you
