What a holiday! That is going to be the first of many winter vacations I think!
Got there on the sat night late and sampled the night life which is absolutley brilliant - if you get a chance to do one of the organised pub crawls, do it, theyre immense! Loads of bars and plenty of places to eat, best food I found was at the White hart, although Apres Ski/Daks were fav bars.

I went as part of a learn to snowboard package and to be fair the three days the snow was thin, however there was enough to learn on, comfortably, just had to be a bit careful! Wednesday brought quite a lot of rain and wind, so much so the piste's were closed but I remember reading somone saying that if its raining in the resort its snowing up the mountain, and how right they were!
Thursday was perfect, loads of runs open, plenty of snow, ontop of the fact it snowed all day! Friday even better, got to sample some the red runs which were brilliant (bar the amount of skiers!)
anyone going out today/this week will have plenty of snow going by the webcam - its in such a shocking place and totally not representative of the amount of snow, but if theres lots of snow on the webcam there will be an absolute s*** load up top. The locals are a good laugh too and our groups boarding instructor was an actual legend.

ChrisI have just purchased an apartment in Pamps which is still under construction. It is so good to read your conclusive comments about the resort and your posistive feedback regarding revisiting. As a skier 15yrs ago we are looking forward to getting into boarding and enjoying everything about the place.
