Hi All,

I had just arrived from my Spring Holiday in Pamps. My brother is still there. (Lucky Man) In a week we hadnt seen a single cloud. The first 2 days were a bit cold but then the tempreture was not that cold. When we arrived in Sofia it was -19 at the airport. Brrrr. We were delayed for 3 hours in Istanbul due to a heavy snow fall in Turkey at that time. (I'd like to Imagine what happens if the Turks were to take care of the Airport in Toronto). We arrived in Pamps and were settled in the Hotel Murgavets. The first night we couldnt sleep because our room was just above the main door and it is very noisy. We made a small complaint with our representative from Bulgaria Ski and the next day we were moved to another room on the other side of the Hotel. And for complaining we had a complimentary bottle of wine. Since my wife is Vegan i thought that we were going to have problems finding food to eat. But I was proved wrong because she ate very well for the whole week. I was told from our rep taht if we had any problems regarding food she will sort it out as well. So? FULL MARKS FOR THE HOTEL AND BULGARIA SKI REPS. (Maria and Galina). Thank you all.
Regarding the skiing there is not much to say. It was very quite on the slopes which was a bonus for us. The restaurants on the slopes were also very quite. We were told that this is because the prices are going up and the infrastructure is still the same. The skiing was good. We were afraid about a lack of snow but it was not that bad. It will get a bit Icy in the afternoon. But a good dump of snow will not do any harm.
Last Friday I saw Phil (Bank Note) at the reception but he was too busy. i'm sorry I didnt come to say hello.
