Back from Bansko

Had a great time, the resort is cheap as chips, people friendly, accomodation good but nightlife very limited so young party animals would be better off at Borovets/Pamporovo.Any questions I'll be happy to answer
Oh and by the way, we had good conditions but the snow is melting pretty quickly in temps over zero.

Going to Bansko on March 6, but going more for the skiing than the nightlife, although a nice decent drink on an evening would be nice.
Hopefully the cold weather will return to the ski resorts of Bulgaria soon - they are due more snow in Bansko.
Checking on the resorts Internet site (banskoski.com) it appears there is still plenty of snow, and most of the piste's and lifts are open - also keeping a check on the live webcams, which show some decent level of snow on the ...

2. What was the access like to the cable-car, and is this as effective as they report?
3. What is the food like in the resort and in the mountain restaurants
4. What is the ski instruction like, if you had any?
5. What is the hire skis, boots like, again if you hired them?

2 buses from the hotel every 20 mins
3 food was quite samey, lots of meat, great if u r on Atkins Diet
4 Ski instruction was good for me tho 1 or 2 other complained there instructor did not speak English
5 skis and boots were all brand new for this season (Saloman)
