Back from Borovets

Hi All,

I just wanted to say thanks for all the info your have given me over the last few weeks. I have just come back from from my first time boarding at Borovets and had an absolutley wicked time.

Stayed at the Rila, all fine.

Bit of a bummer the gondala only worked to the top station for 1 day and it was -25 up there.

My instructor Mitko was great I couldn't have asked for a better person.

If you want any more info please ask.

Most days it works to the middle station so there is a good run down from there. Part way down from this run if you find the really long t-bar lift there are some really nice runs, but a bit of a pain if your a boarder.

The 4 man chair lift and the drags still run in the other part of the resort. I didn't find it a problem because I was a first timer, but once you've been to the top of the gondola you just want to go back. The view is fantastic.

no a group of eight, my instructor was short. Did you go last week?

yeah we went last week it was a group of 7 lads one was a skier
