Just got back from a great week in Pamps.
Got diverted to Sofia on the way out which was a real pain but eventually got a taxi (260 levs!). Fog was horrendous but was all clear today.

Was surprised by the lack of people in the resort - never seen it so quiet so early in the season. We found that it paid to try different places to eat and drink as they are desperate to atract custom + some places will discount prices (beer 4 levs in some places which I thought was pretty reasonable).
Ended the week on a real high yesterday with a blast on the Skidoos - not to be missed - followed by a great night in the White Hart - roll on March when we do it again!
Pint of lager (Kamenitsa I think) - 5 lev
Pint of Strongbow - 8 lev (ouch!)
Rum & Coke - 6 levs
We ate in the Ranch + the Rossignol pub at the bottom of the green run at Studenets. We paid 4 lev for a bottle of beer, cant recall all the food prices but chicken soup was only 3 lev in the Ranch, garlic bread 5 lev, Schnitzel 14 lev. More expensive at the Lodge at the top (I think 6 lev for soup, 8 lev for an Omelette).
