Back from Pamps

Hi All,

Im back from Pamps. Stayed at the Finlandia. Surely not a 4 Star Hotel. Skiing good. Any questions just ask.

Pleased to see that you enjoyed the skiing. Did you try the Chinese retaurant ?

Hi Dave

We traveled with Air Malta. Good service. Never went to chinese restaurant. We were at Half board. Bohemi is great on the slopes.

Ah yes I remember. Did you ski the wall ?

Is that a direct flight from Luqa to Sofia ?

To tell you the truth I was afraid looking at the wall let alone ski it Its a flight from Malta to sofia via Istanbul then Sofia Malta direct

I went to the edge on hands and knees while Frau Tetley held my boots !!

Hope you had a great time. I bet you feel freezing back in Malta now. I have heard the temp dropped to 4 celcius last week. My son said they had an ice storm and built an ice man. ( Big hailstones I presume )

Thats what I was told about the weather back home. Last Sunday we built a real snow man (named Frostie) hope he is still there.

Can you tell me if the 4 man lift that got struck by lightening is up and running

Yes all lifts are working. We were there that day. It took us almost an hour to go to the top. With every lightning the lift stops. But everything is ok. Its funny but We just prayed to stop snowing but it didnt. About 120 cm now and looking fo more. We were told that most probable the season will lasts till late april with the amount of snow that has fallen.

Please tell me more about hotel finlandia, not many peopl on this board appear to have much information re this hotel. We are booked in 6th till 13 th March, beginning to think mad a mistake
