One word: Awesome!!!!

Great ski-ing, great host, fantastic weather and snow conditions to die for.

We did have one day where we couldn't ski, but when you can spend all day in a pub and eat and drink as nuch as you can for only £15 each, you can't really complain.

Recommendations:

Go to BVT for your equipment 20 Levs a day for Skis/poles and Boots or Board and Boots. They also have a ski school, great value, and those that had lessons thouroughly enjoyed them. The guys in there are great, and were always having a laugh with us.

Do not go to Ulen for anything, as they are proper rip off merchants, you will save enough money to eat and drink all week if you shop around.

We found that the Golden Fox pizza offered great food and drink at unbelievable prices. A group of 12 ate and drunk all night for under £10! Also there is a small bar/cafe just past he Golden Fox pizza, down the hill towards the town square, and on the left, can't remember the name, but it had a red sign, and redbull tables outside. It is no wonder that I cannot remember the name, since we were paying 1.20 Lev for a beer, and even less for a 50ml Vodka!!!!!

If you are looking fort bargains, then look no further than Evo's shop, it is right next door to The Playboy Show. His prices are far lower than anybody elses, I picked up a couple of Diesel hats for 5 Lev each. They are clearly fake, but they kept my head warm, and did only cost £1.70. He sells North Face, Atomic and Spyder jackets amougnst other things.

Our group of 12 will definately be going back next year, and we are already up to 20!!!!
