Hi all.
We too have had alot of messing around with Balkan.
They call themselves the experts.
I would hate to see the amateurs!!!!
We booked well in advance, they changed the flight times.
They then changed the AIRPORT that we fly from, we agreed and signed the form under duress as we have arranged a house sitter for the pets, didn't want to let the kids down and couldn't find another holiday at such short notice over the Christmas period.
They have now changed the time of our ...

Hi everyoneIm heading to Pamporovo next Friday with hubby and 10yr old son and have been messed about by balkan as well. After having paid for the holiday in full they had the cheek to ask me for an extra £290, they forgot to add on the fuel surcharge and the gala dinner on christmas night. I told them to go whistle and they backed down
