I booked it!I checked the disclaimer on the website and it basically said that all quoted prices at time of booking (even if incorrect) will be honoured.
AWESOME! I'm going away for 120 bucks all in.........
I'm also off next week as well, wickedy wockedy.........

The price has now been changed to £299 so it was definitely a mistake! But who cares - I'm already booked to go...........Jonty

Just had a phonecall from Balkan saying the price was obviously wrong and it should have been £299 and that I would be invoiced for that amount!
I read back the disclaimer to the woman on the phone saying "Prices shown on our websites are believed accurate, but in case of any discrepancy, the price quoted during booking will be taken as the vaild price for the holiday or flight in question."
Guess what she said - "Erm, we have a backup that actually allows us to change or just cancel". ...

Well I booked a bit before I posted (say 20 mins or something) since I was ringing around everyone I know trying to get them to come along. I think the woman on the phone was trying to use scare tactics but I wasn't falling for it as I checked it all out before I booked. I got my partner to phone up as well and apparently the woman is now speaking to her managing director about it. She was quite rude on the phone to be honest. When I mentioned the disclaimer she said, "we'll just cancel it", ...
Well I booked a bit before I posted (say 20 mins or something) since I was ringing around everyone I know trying to get them to come along. I think the woman on the phone was trying to use scare tactics but I wasn't falling for it as I checked it all out before I booked. I got my partner to phone up as well and apparently the woman is now speaking to her managing director about it. She was quite rude on the phone to be honest. When I mentioned the disclaimer she said, "we'll just cancel it", to which I immediately replied, "you can't". It would be illegal for them to charge me the full amount anyway with what their disclaimer says.
She was also saying on the phone that I knew it was an obvious mistake, to which I replied, "I could say I didn't know it was a mistake". She then said, "yes but you knew it was a mistake" so I then said, "that's irrespective, the disclaimer says all quoted prices at time of booking even if incorrect will be honoured". As far as I'm concerned they don't have a leg to stand on. They've already lost £1350 since I got 5 people including myself to book! Haha.
