Balkan Holidays

Hi we normally book with Crystal but this year i'm thinking of using Balkan. Can anyone recommend them?

Yes, can recommend them - cheaper than most and certainly no worse than any other tour operator. You do usually have to fly on their airline, which is a different experience from others you may be used to! But we think thats half the fun! And it the savings equate to a weeks spending money

Went with Balkan last yearand it was a very well organised trip - reps in hotel were extremely helpful and always had time for divvy brits like me!
Agree with the othe post - the flying experience is surreal and certainly adds to the charm of going somewhere completely different!

Yea the flight might be fun if your a dwarf or have no legs! Otherwise it's horrible.

Well I'm 6'4 and had more legroom on Balkans Tupolevs than I get on first choice aircraft lol. Normally book all our trips on internet with flights and hotel seperate but not sure I trust the Bulgarian transport system to get us to the resort so have booked that as a package. £820 for two including ski school, packs, lifts passes etc thru Balkans.

Can someone please fill me in on why Balkan flights are "surreal",we fly wth them on sat and my missus hates flying!
