Can anyone who is out in Pamporovo at the minute, tell me the following:
Who is the rep for Balkan Tours this year? Is it Tony or Stella
Is Balkan Tours still flying with Hemus Air from Dublin/Belfast?
Are the Snezhanka Apartments open and if so what are they like?

yes rep is still tony and stella.
the appartments are excellent . the refurbishment of the hotel areas are excellent and very comfortable. yes still hemus air

Philip is just back as well and stayed in the same hotel. Cant say a bad word about the hotel.
When we left this morning snow conditions werent good
