Balkan flight to Plovdiv from Gatwick

Hi, a couple of weeks ago, poster asked if the BGH 5814 flight was always late. I am on Pastoral duty at airport, the flight was due to leave at 1815 was airborne 1952.

The question is what time do you get into bed in Banko if you are on that flight does anyone know? are there others like us that booked for a miday flight and later got told we would be missing out beauty sleep to go at this time instead ( and heaven knows I need that beauty sleep!)

glynis, I would be looking at 3 1/2 flight, 1 Hour airport, 1 hour transfer, then 2 hours time difference about 4 am.also nice one arron, does sound like Balkan flight times.

I thought the plovdiv to Bansko transfer was about 3 hours but idont know what the roads are like we are going balkan coach!

yes it is a 2.5-3hr transfer
