Bananas in Bansko?

My brother wants to come skiing with us this year but due to a dietry problem can only go to a resort where there is a ready supply of bananas. I've been to Bansko before but can't remember seeing any of natures little yellow delights. Wasn't really looking though. Could anyone tell me if it's possible to get hold of bananas in bansko and if so where? As bulgaria's closer to africa than the uk i guess finding them shouldn't be that big a problem.

In the town centre...behind the main road (head behind Hotel Bansko) there are a number of smaller shops and a larger supermarket if I remember rightly. If anywhere, they should have them.

Bansko is well known for, amongst other things, being the Balkan centre of star fruit production. There is a large supermarket on the entrance to the town which will surely stock more than enough for your needs.
