Hi can anyone recommend a good reliable Bulgarian bank that is easy to deal with and has internet access. Also do they supply you with a card that allows you to withdraw from ATM abroad. I have bought in Pamps so therefore require Bulgarian account

Does that mean you are looking for a bank with a branch in that region, if so, i suggest you First Investment as they have a branch in Smolian.

ING bank has internet in english and all the usual mod cons .Perhaps a search on the net will give give you more info and a list of the branches.
