I have contacted the agency from which i purchased my bansko property asking if he would be able to sell it. Here is his reply - i cant imagine that i could ever get 1900 euros per m2 for it.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this.

Regarding selling the properties in Luxor , we are currently marketing the properties at 1900 Euros per m2 with 25% communal area. That equates to the following for your property:
When you bought it: EUR 126,610.00 (1550Euros per m2 with 20% communal area)
Now: EUR 161,666.00 (1900Euros per m2 with 25% communal area)
We have a resell program in place for selling properties in Luxor . What we do is put your apartment back on the full availability which we send out to any clients making an enquiry. Between the 1st and 2nd deposit payments we sold ~dozen apartments like this.
Lately we have not been getting many enquiries for Luxor , but this is mainly because we are an investment company and the clientele we have are looking to buy property as investments. Because of this they prefer to get into a development at the earliest stage (just like you did with Luxor when it got launched) rather than buy into a development which has increased by over 40% and is nearly finished.
If 1900/metre is the going rate and somebody wants to buy an apartment in your complex then it will sell!
Like everything you will have to advertise it and possibly discount the price to make it seem more attractive but like I said in an earlier post why buy off plan when you can buy a resale where you physically see what you are getting and know for sure if it is complete, how close to the gondola/town it really is and what the decor is like without relying on artists impressions and a ...

I am not desperate to sell, i would just like to get rid of them and put my money elsewhere.
The properties are all at the foot of the gondilla and are 5 star developments with spas, ice rinks, a cinema etc.
They are also on the verge of completion - i would be very suprised if anyone would be willing to sell for 1000 per meter2.
If anyone would like to offer above 1550 I would consider it.
