Can anyone tell me whet the hotel/appartments are called where victorias is part of?

The Uniquato Aparthotel complex, most probably overpriced and undersized, just like the Victorias food... hehehehe

That's not true Steve C - only property selling links are deleted, not hotel recommendations.
