Bankso socialising

I will be in Bansko 8-12 Jan and 2-6 Feb.These will be my first ski mini holidays in Bansko. Just bought a place out there so there should be many more in the future.
Who will be out there at the same time?
I would like to put a couple of faces to the names, and maybe get a guided tour of the night life

The trip at the start of Feb is with my mate Steven who is going to teach me to ski. I can snow plough but that is about it. he was brought up on the slopes of Scotland and is a v good skier. My wife cant come as she is expecting our first sprog in April, so she cant fly.
The trip in Jan is more of a business trip, to see the completion of our apartment and take ownership of it. I will be on my own for that one and dont know if I will get time to try the slopes, ( dont ...

Smag,Are you letting your Des Res out? Cos I hear there's a bit of a Ski fest in March (9th) in Bansko.

yes we will be letting it out , and at very good rate. but I have not sorted the details out yet. I am new to the letting scene. I assume I cannot advertise on this site ???????????Can anyone give me some tips on how to let your apartment out?
Please no sarci comments about 'you have no chance', 'should have bought elswhere' etc.
It is our holiday home, but we are looking top let it out to people to raise some extra cash. ( I am not James after all).
