Bansko, Late Season

Hi, I going to Bansko in just over a week for the first time. If I like it I may try for a last minute late season deal to go back there. How late in the season can I leave it and which are the weeks to avoid. I’ve already seen that March 3rd is a public holiday and so a bad week to be there, are there any others? Cheers

Hi, just read it in a previous post, not sure if it's only the one day or if people generally take the whole week off - hope for your sake it's one day!!

The 3rd march is independence day so it will be a busy weekend, it is only a one day holiday.

Aim for first lifts at 8.30 am and while it may still be busy it will be awful by 10am
