Bansko, snow/appartments/ski pass!

Hey.
Coming over to Bansko on 13th Dec(keeepin my fingers crossed for snow!!), can anyone tell me is it better to buy my ski pass b4 coming over? or wait and get it when i'm there??
also has anyone stayed in Eagles nest appartments? are they any good?
