Bansko "Mountain Resedences"

Any stayed in the Mountain Resedences (1 or 4) and know anything about them? ie location, nearest shops, bars, slopes, quality of accomodation? looking to book up for 28th Feb and just wanted some advice.

also, Bansko as a resort? whats it like? went to Borovets in 2005 and loved it? is it better/bigger/livlier???
