re: Bansko - Hotel Perun

Didnt stay there but went there a few times, very nice hotel, there is an outdoor heated pool and a hot tub, the pool inside looks really nice, the bar area was large and had a good atmosphere. If I was going back this is where I would stay. The ski bus runs about every ten mins from 8 in the morning right up to around 5.30 at night. about a ten min walk to gondla and 10 to 15 min walk to the old town. Just cant comment on the food as never ate there.

Method snowboard ski school are excellent, a British company, google them. Ulen are also good instructors at the gondola. Better check they take kids as young as 11, I thought you had to be older but maybe I'm wrong, great place to learn.

Jules you should be ashamed of yourself, encouraging your dear sweet daughter to go over to the dark side, broken wrists, bruised coxyx, ridiculed etc.

shame shame.
